Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?

You can upgrade any time, and when you do, you will get the tracking credits immediately. When you downgrade, the changes will take effect at the beginning of your next billing cycle.

Can I get a discount if I commit yearly?

Yes, if you pay yearly a 20% discount will be applied. However, if you go over your tracking credits quota, you’ll need to upgrade those credits, and the discount applies to these extras too until the annual plan expires.

What happens when I cancel my paid plan?

When you cancel your plan, you will remain on the plan until the end of your billing cycle. Then, the plan will be canceled, and we’ll downgrade you to our free tier.

How long can I stay on the free plan?

As long as you want if you have less than 5 products and 5 keywords to track. Above that you’ll need to start a free trial.

Do you have a free trial?

Yes! You can try out the Pro Plan for free for 7 days.

How are prices calculated?

Within this pricing structure, the calculation of item costs relies on your chosen blend of products and keywords (sold per 50 items). Operating on a usage-oriented model, Bollify features a €99 fixed software platform fee, covering 100 product tracking credits and 100 keyword tracking credits. To tailor to your unique requirements, the platform also offers customisable tracking costs. Here is a list of the volume discounts for products and keywords on the Bollify platform:

Volume Discounts for Products:

• From 1 to 300 items: €0.50 per item

• Above 300 to 1000 items: €0.25 per item

• From 1000+ items: €0.15 per item

Volume Discounts for Keywords:

• From 1 to 300 keywords: €0.50 per keyword

• Above 300 to 1000 keywords: €0.25 per keyword

• From 1000+ keywords: €0.15 per keyword

Total Cost Calculation:

The total costs are calculated based on the combination of products and keywords the user chooses, applying the volume discounts where applicable. The total costs are equal to the sum of the total price for products and the total price for keywords.
